This single cask pot still rum from Clarendon Distillery matured for a full 15 years – 13 of them under the tropical Jamaican sun – in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 52% ABV without any added sugar or additives, it was limited to just 292 bottles.
On the nose and palate, it reveals fruity notes alongside medicinal and spicy hints.

This 2007 Belize rum was distilled in September 2007 on the MBT column still at Travellers Liquors. It matured for 13 years in tropical conditions and an additional 2 years in continental climate. In February 2023, it was bottled at 55% ABV with a total of 348 bottles.
The rum impresses with its dry spice notes and hints of chocolate.
